Consider the Dew

BY H. HARVEY MARTIN

Consider the dew

How still and silently it forms

How patiently it awaits the blessing of sun or breeze

To evaporate -or wash away

Our earthly cares,

And for a moment at least,

Even the most parched leaf or blade of grass

     -Quivers

     -Invigorated

In its mirative presence.
